Anastasia Khoroshilova - artist, photographer

d.o.b. in 1978 in Moscow, lives and works in Berlin and Moscow.

Studies of communication design with specialization in photography and theory and history of photography at the Folkwang University of the Arts (Essen, Germany).  

Member of The Russian Union of Photographers; member of the German Academy of Photography.  

«Ellen Auerbach Stipendium» grant of the Academy of Arts Berlin (2010), grant of Berlin Senate Program for Artists, Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf (2018).

2012 - 2017 – lecturer at The Rodchenko Moscow School of Photography and Multimedia. Jury member: «Marta Hoeppfner Preis» and «N-Ost Repotage Preis».  

Solo exhibitions at (selection):  Moscow Museum of Modern Art (2009); Collateral programme of the Biennale di Venezia with the project «Starie novosti» («Old news») (2011); Kunsthaus Baselland (2012); European House of Photography, Paris (2014); NCCA, Vladikavkaz (2014), European Month of Photography in Budapest (2019), Kunstverein zu Rostock, Germany (2020).
